Order Cancellation & Returns
- Cancellations and returns are not accepted once an order is placed.
Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed only for reasons of personal dissatisfaction or product concerns.
Exchange Time Frame
- The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Credit Note
- A credit note will be issued for eligible exchanges (no refunds).
- Valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
- Does not include original shipping charges.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customer must arrange and cover the cost of return pickup.
- Product must be returned in original packaging.
- An image of the package must be sent via WhatsApp before dispatch for verification.
After Product Return
- Once the product is received and approved, we will process the exchange.
- we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement.
Damaged Product on Delivery
- Report any transit damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide images and details for review.
- We’ll investigate and resolve the issue accordingly
