Order Cancellation & Returns

  • Cancellations and returns are not accepted once an order is placed.

Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for reasons of personal dissatisfaction or product concerns.

Exchange Time Frame

  • The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Credit Note

  • A credit note will be issued for eligible exchanges (no refunds).
  • Valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
  • Does not include original shipping charges.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer must arrange and cover the cost of return pickup.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging.
  • An image of the package must be sent via WhatsApp before dispatch for verification.

After Product Return

  • Once the product is received and approved, we will process the exchange.
  • we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement.

Damaged Product on Delivery

  • Report any transit damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide images and details for review.
  • We’ll investigate and resolve the issue accordingly
